Nice Draco.

I was actually going to enlist you to get a good shot or two of the red apple, and maybe figure out the best spot / time for a "group shot"  at the red apple (I'll try and push for everyone to come that day, might be 2 months from now just thinking out loud).

Holy shit I'm still awake... Been editing a video for almost 12 hours.. sure doesn't look like it hah.   Hey, Insomnia.... FU.

This is the only shot I could do anything with to make it worth sharing.

I love it!!!

I usually look at things like this for the lighting colors.  It makes me smile just looking at it.

Had a good laugh. The people at this anti-Trump rally have interesting priorities.

Writing on some signs:

"Facts Matter", "Legalize Reality", and my favorite, "Pay Your Taxes"

I'm with you, Trene. People have some interesting demands. I love the Pay your taxes sign.

I never want to see anything like this that close ever again. Three fires is enough.

large.IMG_20170128_042015461.jpg.03a7254

The first was a friend's house a few houses over. The second, a car slammed into the phone post at the back of my yard and blew up. This one, the third, is the result of a drunk driver, minutes after the black out ended in our area. He clipped a woman's car, slammed into a stop sign, travelled through an huge empty lot, across the alley, plowed through a pile of branches in front of my house, crashed through my gate and fence, slide through our neighbor's yard, drifted through our mom's fence across the front yard with the entire fence and gate, ending inside the base of my sister's front porch. He was arrested. The tow truck came and tried to pull the car out. It was only two feet out when I saw the sparks. I shouted to the tow truck driver that the car was on fire. This happened mere minutes after the officers tried to put it out.

The city tore down the gazebo because it needed major structural work.  They do plan on rebuilding it in the spring.

Here's a couple of pics from my latest walk in the park.  I took these with my new Tamron 18-200mm F3.5-6.3 telephoto lens.

This is the new gazebo the city built.

They changed the lamp post lights from sodium (yellow) lights to something white.

I've been waiting to see what they would do.  Beautiful.  You have a good eye and steady hand.
