Clever way to get the message across. I think it's an interesting idea.

I get why they kept the name "Slut" for the title, but I still am not sure if I agree with that part. It's a word that's gotten a negative connotation to it. It would be similar to a gay pride parade having the name "Fag Parade" or an African-American march having the name "Nigger March" (Use of the words only obviously to get the point across).

I gotta agree with Chern and disagree with their "show the world that SLUT is something to be proud of." that just stinks of alternate agenda. I was a slut, I'm not proud of it anymore and it isn't because "The world made me feel bad about it" it is because I came to understand the kind of damage that I did and I could have been imposing on others.

One last thing, slut is less negative than womanizer even though they mean the same thing. Womanizer implies that only the man is at fault.

No no, I only disagree with them using the term "slut" because it's been so tarnished to the point where it couldn't easily be made into a positive label. I'm not disagreeing with promiscuity, I'd be a huge hypocrite if that were the case. I think the message that someone shouldn't be blamed for being raped is a pretty legit one though. I'm not going to pretend that dressing "slutty" might play a part to entice a rapist to target them as opposed to a more "modestly" dressed woman who is more plain, it might happen that way, but I'm saying that at no point should the victim be blamed. It is always the assailant's fault, no matter what.

I really just see a group of young women, a problem in many areas clearly by how many of these walks have popped up, that are sick of living in a world that tries to blame them for being sexually assaulted when that is so ridiculously backward.

That's like someone walking down the street getting their ass beat because "they looked like a pussy". That doesn't mean it's right to do.

I was agreeing with you but disagreeing with their alternate message, I didn't mean to imply that you also disagreed with it.

What I was trying to get to was simply the alternate agenda and the fact that men are looked at worse for identical behavior by many of those who want equality.

I'm still trying to personal figure out what dressing like a slut exactly is. The first thing that pops into mind is nude with I fuck all askers painted on and dildos hanging out of every hole. To me, it doesn't matter how "sexy" a person is dressed they cant be dressed like a slut unless they are wearing text advertising it.

Of course I also believe that if we legalized full nudity, teach the children that it is ok and execute violent sexual offenders then eventually society would have less problems to worry about because nobody would be freaking out over the mundane.
