So today my grandfather, father and other family memebers went too the Selfridge Air Show today it was very fun and quite a spectacle to watch all the neat planes, helicopters and huge combat fighters and bombers, the air show started in the sky around 11am lots of cool things and very talented plane and pilots. Then this happened a very tragic accident in front of 75,000 people.

Holy crap! That's so awful! That poor man!

I couldn't make it through the whole news cast, though, because people are idiots.

Was it too windy? "We want answers!!"" WTF? He was a daredevil, and it was an accident. The helicopter pilot is going to have to carry this with him for the rest of his life, too. I imagine him second guessing himself, and wondering what would have happened if he had just waited one more second.

Very sad. And now I'm remembering this deadly accident I saw the news this morning.

I don't like airshows, nascar, swimming with sharks, camping in the woods miles and miles from civilization, sky diving, fair rides.......this list could go on a while, solely because of how fricking dangerous they all seem to be. I like my danger on the ground, and in the city apparently, because while I would not do the things previously mentioned, I've been in Detroit in half naked club clothes, walking around without a care in the world. Heh.

I hope each of these poor souls finds peace.

He did die doing wht he loved and, his family should be nothing more then proud of him. At the same time it sucks because his father was flying the plane when he fell which to me just sounds double the hurt on this situation.
