oops... no good their status is "validating" which means, they don't really exist yet (have to click on that link you get in the email) I could just validate it manually but that is a bad idea usually, as if the email address isn't correct the get "locked out" of changing any of their own settings if they forget, or typed in the password wrong.

(you can tell this when you look at their user account and where it says Group: it would usually say Group: New Person, but in this case it says Group: Validating)

the account is probably either messed up (wrong email adress) or he just doesnt realize he needs to do that. Which, I'll have to just remove the validating account, becasue validating it manually is bad (for several reasons).
