Chase Burning

Chase Burning is the title of a painting depicting a 1 story Chase bank location in in Van Nuys on fire.

The artist was street painting and eventually approached by 2 cops and questioned about being a terrorist because someone felt "threatened" by his painting.

If you ask me it's not a smart terrorist maneuver for casing the joint, or in other words, everyone threatened by the painting is a fucktard, but I digress.

About three weeks later the dude was visited, at home, and questioned again.

Now if I was a terrorist I wouldn't admit it to a cop, in other words, everyone from officers Israel and Tuffs to their the superiors who ordered them to make the visit is a fucktard. Again I digress.

Why m I pointing this out?

Well in my personal opinion, this guy is a marketing genius. If I had disposable income, I would only pay $50 for it and only because of the subject matter. I mean my grandmothers painting look better and she was blind in one eye and nearsighted in the other when she took up painting. Yet this guy finds a way to sell his for some good money. Currently $5,200.00
