About last night at the Necto

Last night was our highest turnout ever. Thank you all so much for this past year of support. I was extremely touched by everyone who came out and screamed and yelled and danced their assses off. Last night was my favorite night I have ever had at the Necto and it was entirely due to all of you. The only word that comes to mind is WOW! Thanks to every single one of you who have driven out to Ann Arbor on a Monday night,the entire satff at the Necto(Nick most of all),every DJ in Detroit that has come in and helped make this grow and once again all of you. Together we're going to have another great year.

I went, had a good time. Inadvertently talked several others into showing up as well at the last minute. I think thats my 3rd (?) trip to the necto in the last 2 1/2 years? Might have to go more often health permitting.

Was a bit emotional as you managed to play several of my key "relationship" song as well. :laughing :tear

Wendy Simpson showed up, and gothed out to the 9's (i think in the 15 some years i've known her shes been out to the clubs like 4 times, and never dressed up before)

The song at the end.... Wild Thing... haha "Hey you two i was once like you and i like to do the wild thing..." LOL

I ended up getting hammered VERY fast due to Nienna buying me a drink of rocket fuel and then getting another one later on and not sure who i remember clearly at this point....

My experience was most sureal lastnight.... I dont know ive just kind have been out of it .....

I had a good time ... had quite a bit to drink and danced for a while. The necto was fun but the real fun started when i got home ... =)

Hehe no bro. I heard something like "...in a bit... or ...wait till... "(or some such i really didn't hear it that well) and i went down to the bathroom, with the idea to come back after... and got sidetracked on the way back up. You'll get two hugs next time i see ya to make up for my negligence.

No, we didn't speak, Troy. I thought I saw you on the dancefloor at one point, but wasn't certain that it was you, but now that I know you were there, I'm thinking it probably was. As for the lost thing...yeah, I guess it kinda is a theme, I hadn't thought of that. But, in that case, I think I was actually just missing my boy; didn't really realize that was it until I got home.

I'd usually try, but Mondays aren't good days for him to be able to stay out late, and AA would be a bit of a commute for him (I at least work there, so it's pretty easy for me to get to Necto...it's just the driving home that's the challenge!)

Haha. Yeah. Damn drive home sucks. =( Wish we had the beaming-transport technology like in star trek. That'd work great. :laughing
