After reading this it is clear that these color of law attacks are blatant attempts at illegally circumventing not only the second amendment but the tenth amendment as well.

You also have the Veterans Disarmament Act. Makes sense considering they have sworn an oath to defend the constitution but can under threat of imprisonment wile serving.

The No Fly, No Buy Act. It has been proven that most of the names on the list don't belong. I mean how do you place a 4 year old on the list but not its parents?
