Butt Enhancement with Fix a Flat

Recommended Posts

Since I first noticed the post I started thinking "What are the negative ramifications of this arrest?"

Think about it. You have a person who willingly underwent a body modification and now the modifier is in trouble.

Next step, go after the "non traditional" implants. Ya know, shapes under the skin, ridges on the penis. Then ya go after tongue splitters and ear croppers. Then comes the piercings and eventually tattoos. Oh but don't worry they will create a collage course that sinks people into debt so that they can legally perform those procedures and wage a campaign to convince the public that people without the degree are dangerous idiots.

Sort of like when I was called an idiot because a doctor said the super glue and dermabond where the exact same thing and I said how can two different chemical formulas be "the exact same thing?" Oh yeah, I need to have a working degree in anatomy to know that the polymers "methyl 2-cyanoacrylate" and "2-octyl cyanoacrylate" are different because without it I can't read.

This is more like unlicensed medical practice as far as I can see. I don't have any facts to back myself up, but I assume that people doing the shapes under the skin, penis ridges, tongue splitting, etc are licensed to do so. And further that if someone is caught doing these procedures WITHOUT a license, the penalties would be similar to Dr. Fix A Flat.

The following information is based on research from 99 so much may have changed.

In Michigan It was legal to to perform any subdermal medical procedure upon another individual as long as proper consent paperwork was signed and notarized. Most states had a variation of the same. I think that it was 4 states where it was illegal and 2 of them piercing anything but the ears for non religious purposes wile unenforced is technically illegal.

The key in most states is no prescribing1, not even aspirin. In Texas one could administer a non narcotic local anesthetic like novocaine and in Floriduuugh, California and Louisiana one could recommend non prescription drugs and herbs.

1. It is still illegal for an herbalist in Michigan to prescribe or recommend herbs for any ailment or health benefit, all they can legally do is relate information.

Your lungs are congested, take 2 teaspoons of blood root a day until clear. Illegal.

You might want to try barberry to help break that constipation. Illegal.

Cinquefoil is used by some to help relieve diarrhea. Legal.
