In today's age, I also don't understand why other people would avoid using swear words. It's too easy. To some, there's that sense of accomplishment you feel as an intelligent being the first time you hear your 3 year old niece say "What the HEEELL..." because mommy's friends have trained her well. And having the privilege of getting a front row seat to 4 suburban elementary school students who circle a house you are working on, 5 times, because one boy feels the need to continually share with you words of wisdom he has learned to describe his cock sucking skank ass whore of a sister and her mother fuckin' nigga punk ass boyfriend. Or when reading the comment section on an international music post where one Canadian exclaimed: "Am I the only one who sees these two fucking in the middle of the Goddamn Merry-Go-Round?! ... Fuck it, this place was shit anyway. *blows it the fuck up*"

I just know, for myself, I avoid using swear words because it is personal. In my mind cursing is like dying or paying taxes...EVERYONE does it. So, in that, I take a step back from the NORM in finding other creative avenues of self-expression to vent from. But again, that's just me.

To a great degree it depends on who I am around. Last Summer I was stung by a yellow jacket and I'm pretty sure I yelled "FUCK!" as I was sitting in a TRUCK! And I couldn't get away from the bee in time. So I will scream obscenities if in enough pain.

The question as presented by prick was, "What are naughty words you use that actually arent naughty or a swear?"

Would you happen to have any of those to share? :yes

(the response I made during my previous rant was a bit :offtopic: )

If I don't curse I don't usually say anything. I accidentally touched my arm twice to a 400+ degree wood burner tonight and that just pissed me off enough to finally get the log in. Earlier I had a cat give me a deep 2 1/2 inch scratch across the bottom of my wrist and I was surprised I didn't say anything, but weight training is causing my pain tolerance to heighten.

I was thinking about it earlier and I do have some I use rarely.

Fluck, flucking, mother flucker, nukka (no racist), I don't know whether or not to consider cunt a swear word, arse, and arsehole.

Not sure about the "c" word, but it was discussed by Phee and Fierce Critter in postings #3 - #5...

I say, "oh fudge, nutbutter, crackers, what the blazes, blah blah blah yakity smakity, flying figs, warped, wacked out, what in the San Juan hill, aunt sally sue, behind, hag, crapdoodle, nut fudge, and crap". I know there are more but these are the ones that came to mind at the moment. Oh yeah, dang it.

Just relived one I use when speaking to my superiors during stressful conversations...speaking through clinched teeth, I utter "Gosh Dang it" followed by a bit of a low laugh so as not to sound too disrespectful... :hrhr:

Two of my favorites:

What the Freak! - for something that is just shocking

What the Freak and a Half! - for something that is utterly shockingly stupid

Wonder how I forgot these since I use them almost everyday given that we live in such a brilliant society...
