I had Science-Fiction ideas that have slowly been brewing, and eventually I couldn't wait to work on the story, started in October, and finally finished the first chapter as of posting.

Here's some stuff I wrote tonight for Chapter 5 which takes place in a massive, futuristic nightclub that operates on a 24/7 basis regardless of crime, with five levels and four levels underground, serving alcohol and drugs to people even up unto the point where they can't function in order to yield maximum profits.

The group came up to a busy female bartender with long brown hair and smart-glasses, she was dressed in a vest and tie like she might be a dealer at a casino. She mixed a cocktail with vapor pouring out of the rim between the two containers, before pouring it into a man's glass who could barely keep his head up. It was hard to hear their conversation over the loud, pulsing music.

“I don't want.. it. I changed.. my.. mind. Take.. it.. back. Give me back my EC!”

“Your drink has already been poured.” The display in her glasses targeted around the customer changed, 'DANGER IMMINENT.'

The bartender quickly got out of the way of a flying glass that hit and bounced off of the containers holding liquor behind her. Chains watched as some rough-looking men came to drag the man away.

“Thanks Herrick.” The bartender said to one of the bouncers who had got the drunk man off of his seat.

“Whatever happened to not serving depressants to excessively drunk people?” Cineas asked.

The other bouncer stopped for a moment seeing Chains and the group, “These people trouble Tanis?”

“No, I'm fine for now.” Tanis said before turning her head to the A-Synch soldier. “You haven't spent much time in Discord.”

“You must be Tanis, head bartender of the first level.”

“Who's the manager again?”

“No one.” She said. “The first level manager was murdered about a month ago.”
