as far as i know you have to let nature run its course ... whatever you do DONT TRY TO COVER IT WITH MAKEUP!! thats only going to cause your skin to dry out even more .... and the irrtation is bitch. The best you can do is just get pure aloe and hope it will heal faster, and of course stay out of the sun as much as possible.

Nivea overnight lotion worked well for me when I sunburned about a month ago. I have heard, though, that some people have allergic reactions to something in it so it'd probably be prudent to test it on a small bit of skin first.
