Going on hiatus for awhile....

Recommended Posts

In an attempt to get my life back in order I may be going on hiatus for awhile.

Don't want to do the club thing because I end up drinking and am re-devoting myself to a certain path that requires allot of attention so I may not be online much. But I am not sick or dying. Just didn't want anyone to worry.

I don't know If I am up to the challenge anymore. I get sick sometimes doing this strenuous yoga and actually am getting head aches from it. And I don't want to be this good all the time! No cheese, depressents and downers....and have to be in a certain frame of mind all the time. I will be expected to give up all sex at some point for a long period of time to prepare for some stuff and I just feel old and tired. And I like wine it sure beats prune juice lol.

Don't be completley out of touch...

*Hugs*

if you're developing problematic symptoms from your yoga practice, it's likely that you've picked up an improper alignment/bad habit in your practice, in which case, the more you try to push thru it, the worse it could get. if you can, please try to get in to see an instructor to have your asanas checked, to be sure your postures/positioning are correct.

I do feel I need an instuctor or teacher. When my kundalini starts rising and I start getting deep I do get emotional imbalences. I am getting actually physically ill from the hatha too. I get nausiated and a bad headache. I cannot afford an instructor though so if anyone can help me with a chakra balencing that would be great.
