EagleRose
http://news.yahoo.com/blogs/lookout/dozens-people-injured-explosion-boston-marathon-190955311.html It seems as if somebody wants to carry out Bush's desire for war on our shores. Class-Punk
I can't help but wonder what the motive was for this. If it wasn't foreign blowback, or some crazy person trying to make a point that guns aren't the only things that kill people, then it makes no sense. Its pretty messed up either way. TronRP
As EagleRose pointed out...it just makes me feel that someone is desperately trying to bring war to U.S. streets. We are such a big target and our influence can be seen and felt in the most remotest of regions. We give off this illusion of living perfect materialist lives on the home front seemingly oblivious to the plight of those less fortunate than ourselves, be it in country or out of country. As it stands, It's difficult, not impossible, to outright drop bombs on the United States without some form of retaliation. Therefore, smaller attacks are a choice method. These types of attacks hit citizens at their very core - their sense of security (which in today's age is truly a false sense). Be it domestic or foreign, factions want to get us, they just don't want to get got... ...this is just my take on the situation given these sorts of acts have recurred in the U.S. for multiple decades. Class-Punk
Some of these recent events have made me wonder if there was a way America's mental health screening could be more intrusive without violating any laws. Men in general are not as likely to talk about their emotions, and they are usually the ones on the news for mass violence. There's also therapists who are more concerned with getting paid than they are with their profession, and I think in some cases that creates a problem. With the prevalence of the bad economy and mood disorder medication in America, I think there needs to be less focus on drugs and more focus on giving people someone to talk to. TronRP
Interesting ...Class-Punk's post bumped my post as we posted at the same time...However, what I wrote rather supports his post... Original post: Then again it could just be a domestic terrorist having a major protest moment like the Centennial Park bombing during the Summer Olympic games in Atlanta, Georgia. He was protesting abortion on demand and the "Washington government", as he called it, for over spending and causing the media to flood the city streets. He was hoping his actions would cancel the Summer Olympic Games.

kat (1)
Well now that we are officially declared a battleground...what I also knew would only be a matter of time, I feel compelled to behave myself..who would of thunk it, the government's ability to kill you where you stand would whip me into shape. Fuel for the anti-gun movement? It's funny how when our government sets out an agenda, that there's always some tragic event that follows shortly; and then they say, "See!? See!? We told you so! Now just let us pass these bills and take your guns and rights and freedom, and you will be safe! We promise!" ... .. .. Just don't forget your critical thinking skills. Open your eyes and your mind to what's really going on.
