More Then You Can Bear?

What does it really mean when people say "this is more then I can bare." I mean most stuff in life we don't have the choice of not bearing it. If something is really more then a person can bear do they just die?

Anyone understand what I am talking about?

I find it is a phrase that people generally use when they feel they are in a situation that is more than they can or want to handle. To say "this is more than I can bear" is basically a cop out phrase to give someone an excuse to run for the hills.

If it were truly a situation that a person could no longer bear with, that is when they usually commit suicide. Sometimes the thinking there is if they no longer existed then everything that was a problem because of them should then be solved once they are gone...sad to say.

More than I can bear is usually used when a person feels more stress than they are used to. At that moment, they don't know what to do. That's why they say it.

Yea..its a generic statement. If you are truly dealt more than you can bare than you would either lose your mind and all touch with reality or kill yourself...most ppl go through crisis its resilence that keeps life barable...your either a survivor or fighter or u just give up...giving up will just add more crisis and trauma to your life so you may as well find a way to whip lifes little bitchslaps harder each struggle u face..it may stop bullying you once you stand up and fight it harder. Kinda like the bitch ass pussy schoolyard bully..teases and taunts beats your ass..but than that one day when you can finally get up the strength to fight back harder and put that little bitch in her place...she will bow to you and theres your respect from the rest of the bullies...they know not to fuck with you...life is just a bitch ass bully..(I love metaphors) lol
