What was your workout today?

Yesterday, I went to CrossFit. We did a 20 minute skill set involving snatches.

We had a short WoD. 30 snatch/squat then 5 burpees for every minute past 2 minutes...I ended up doing 15 burpees. It wasn't the hardest WoD. Also, walked around a museum for four hours.

Today is rest and recovery. Going for a bike ride.

Yesterday, I went to open WoD. I didn't do anything crazy. I ran/walked a mile. I did front squats and push press with a 70lb bar. I worked on clean and snatch. After that, I went to Krav Maga conditioning class. We did a lot of striking combinations then front kicks and knees and lots of running. I feel like my lungs go more of a workout.

Today was kickboxing and some weight-lifting. Tomorrow, I'm going running in the morning and possibly open WOD then ground-fighting class in the evening. I got harassed by one of the guys that trains Krav with me so I'm slowly working my way back.
