I took my fat ass to the gym after work

I did a stuffs and I may even do it again tomorrow or pilates at home either way I figure that fucking cheesecake I nearly killed single handedly over the weekend appears to have attached itself to my ass and 35 and cheesecake don't agree nor do the chocolate cherries and oreo pie I smashed. *head in shame I must now hang"..also a really sweet healthnut bought out the vitamin store for me and I actually have energy to not wanna sleep non stop.

i am trying to learn how to twerk without throwing my knee out.

i have learned so many new moves.

booty army workouts for ANY body type

you can sit on a palades ball and just do the hand gestures 

but we watch the blonde girl on the right to keep up sometimes because caleb is a beast.

Unfortunately I do.

 

I should work out more than I do.  Currently it's just whenever I have to lift something heavy, which really doesn't count.

-Preacher curls 3*10

-Squats (bar only for the time being) 10, 8, 6, 5, 4, 3, 3

-Overhead tricep extension

-Leg press 5 sets (5 45s on each side. I finish a set and take one off of each side)

-Dumbbell curls 3*10

-Rope pull-down 3*10

this is the kind of body I want.

a big, burly black man with good looks, good health and muscles.

no one would dare mess with me

I could work hard physical labor all day make good money and skip the gym.

instead I got the sick old petite white woman's body.

I hate being the fragile flower!

I want to be the bulldozer for once!

my luck if they're really is reincarnation 

I get my wish

I am born in Africa starving

because i cant feed my big burly body now

so, there's always that...
