kat (1)
I know that we have a workout and fitness thread but I am inspired to start an overall, mind, body, and spirit thread. Perhaps you have tips or stories of overcoming an ailment or something to share with others regarding health and wellness. Thanks

kat (1)
So there is this product called The Cleaner. It detoxes your liver, colon, kidneys, lungs, blood, skin, etc..it is a 7 day program and I am on day 5 and have also been following a low carb and no sugar diet and I have lost a few lbs, my stomach is down and my jeans that I have reluctantly bought that are two sizes, maybe 3 sizes larger than I prefer to be are now able to slide off without me unzipping or unbuttoning them.
