Why I like Working Out Now

1.  I feel better.  

Really every problem I have is less of a problem after a few weeks of (moderate) exercise.  Especially at a place like planet fitness where you can "no brainer" it , and just do the treadmill and the circut-workout without much thought involved.  

Plus , the whole reason to work out is so I can use the massage chair  and bed after HAH.  (takes skill to learn how to use the massage chair and not have it hurt, but not long, just think "i'm putty" and don't fight it, its meant to hurt slightly (deep tissue massage does) but not much, once you learn to just relax and just take it.   TAKE IT BISH!!

2.  Helps build your self esteem.

Hell yes. I'm fat but I love the gym. I have LA Fitness. I prefer it over Planet for the steam room. It is imperative for so many reasons. I also don't like that planet has like pizza party days. It seems wrong. Lol. I like LA because we have a pool, bball, racquetball courts and a juice bar but Planet has a tanning bed and infrared light thing  and the 30 minute circuit is awesome.  I don't tan but I have been thinking about it because I think it will help my scars. I'm not talking about tanning craze but just a light bronze to my skin. Idk. I kinda wish I had someone to work out with though, like someone to yell at my fat ass and make me cry for slacking off.

I enjoy working out too. I love the 30 minute circuit and about room. It's nice to have Troy to work out with some of the days.
