After awhile when someone says something its almost automatic that you think... damn that is some flawed thinking. Were you might not even have given it a second thought, taken it at face value, just due to the way it was presented / the person speaking or flowery words surrounding the nonsense. One of my favorites is Ad Hominem (attack "at the person" to prove your point) "Well his views on Law couldn't be correct he was in jail before". Huh?
