Honestly these days the ICP crowd is probably pretty old.  Maybe they've calmed down a bit over the years.

 

Anyway it was the best when it was at the fairgrounds.  I never made it for TB proper but they did have a movie night on the grounds that I made it to a couple times.  It's not as much fun unless your ignoring city ordinances and building codes though.
