Jeanny, come, come on

Stand up – please, you'll become totally wet

It's already late, come on – we have to come out of here,

out of the forest, don't you understand?

Where's your shoe, you have lost it,

when I had to show you the way

Who's lost? You yourself?

I myself? Or, we ourselves?

(Refrain:)

Jeanny, quit livin' on dreams

Jeanny, life is not what it seems

Such a lonely little girl in a cold, cold world

There's someone who needs you

Jeanny, quit livin' on dreams

Jeanny, life is not what it seems

You're lost in the night, don't wanna struggle and fight

There's someone, who needs you, babe

It's cold, we have to come out of here, come on

Your lipstick is blurred

You bought it and I saw it

Too much red on your lips and you said:

"Leave me alone"

But I've seen you through, the eyes say more than words

You'll need me after all, hmh?

All people know that we're together from today,

now I hear them! They're coming

They're coming to get you

They won't find you

Nobody will find you, you're with me

(Refrain)

Newsflash: The number of missing persons has soared dramatically in recent months. The latest publication of the local police reports of a further tragic case. The matter is a girl in the age of 19,

who has been seen a fortnight ago for the last time. The police don't exclude the possibility of a crime in this case.

(Refrain)

Beck - Black Tambourine

I like how on last.fm, every time a song comes up it says "________ has been recommended to you because you listen to ____________"

This doesn't happen with Beck. If you listen to anything on any internet radio, it will suggest Beck, but does not link him to any other artists..."

Pac's always been around to help me get through shit. Listened to this a lot last week when I got the phone call Monday morning, bad news following. It's nuts that he hasn't been able to preach anything new since 1996, but his verses remain etched in the minds of so many. Video is pretty damn dark, but most Pac is.

This is because everyone loves Beck and Beck transcends genre, or something :p
