That's a facebook thing!?!? 

The first time I saw it used was here on DGN when someone tagged a member named eevee.  That was back when I used to read the board like a novel during 2012-2013 to familiarize myself with the posting styles and the way the members used the forum.  I never knew it was actually used anyplace else.
