Yes, we already did have a "movie night one" (and Two of which only two people have cards for)  But they were both declared non-cannon (lol).  This will be the first 'Canon' outing other than the gathering and the DGN at CC night we had a while ago.  Mostly just for purposes of the cards and the 5 people that care).   Think of all the Gathering Cards, plus this one, the patreon cards and the  CC @ city club as the "whole set" of cards.    The gathering 0 card doesn't count either, even though its neat to have as no one even had the ability to get that card 'first run' other than me, Bobbi and Sommer. 

 

So that's 119 total cards as of right now  112 Gathering Cards + 5 Patreon cards (soon to be 6), plus the 2 outing cards.

As of this post, we have 8 seats reserved (it's all reserved seating)  4 of them are taken (Bobbi, Me, Tina & David Newbie) which leaves 4 more that I have to get someone to take (14.99 a head).  Once they are taken there will probably be about 10 days from the time of this post that you will still be able to get surrounding seats or the row in front/behind.  

 

The link here was a bit misleading.  I just put in for 5 more seats because it showed that the 8 seats were already taken.  I would like to buy the 4 off you so all we have to do is purchase on more seat for our sister.  That is what your meaning is, correct...?

Yes is the final answer regis. I was hoping you'd reply to this. 

 

What did you mean about misleading? 8 seats already taken? ... Like exactly what I said in the post? 8 'reserved' of them 4 are already taken? How should I word it differently? I don't want someone else to read it and be confused.

You put a link in and said choose your seat.  The seats were already showing Tina's face and there was no way to select those seats, so I selected 5 next to it and it was nearly $80 which was contradictory to you stating " (without any need to put in payment info)".

When I was putting in my credit card info...I was wondering why you said no payment info.  So I cancelled it and started over.

I think that if tickets were already purchased, then a paypal account should be the link showing where to reimburse the ticket buyer.  Once the reminder of the tickets have been purchased, then a link to the theater should be added for anyone still wanted to attend, but would have to buy their own tickets.

So right now I have 4 seats that no one is sitting in.  The payment info comes after looking at the map of where the seats are.  My brain hurts.  *thinks* lol 

 

The bracketed seats despite having Marblez/Tina's picture are  'mine'  4 of which  I still need to come up with the money for.  (I really can't eat these tickets) I assumed it would be easy as pie to fill them, due to a misunderstanding we have even more seats now (taken) but these four are still not.  (Once we get there we can figure out who is sitting where in the 4 seats.  In that group will be me Bobbi +2.

I'm buying those 4 seats off you.  I purchased 5 more.  I mentioned on the ticket site that I am bring a crew.  The tickets you have will be for me, Trene and the Monchichis, the other 5 are for our family members that will be attending.  We are doing a double feature that day and will end with the DGN Movie Night.

I'm thinking the cards don't need to be requested for this, so that's at least 13 cards so far.  heh. (Whish I had ESP and knew who gives zero fucks about the cards so I don't force one on them by handing it to them) Some people are just polite and won't say they don't want one.

So I have 16 cards.  Numbered 1 - 16

 

Not that it's a huge issue but the way these will go is just whoever asks me first (i walk in the door) and second and third... can have whatever number they want if I still have it.  SOME CRAZY HOW there is a tie (wtf?) then degon pin holders would get first pick over others.  If there is still a tie?  Screw it we will have a truncated version of eney meanie meany miney mo.  lol

Oh, well, change in planes.  Me, Trene and the Monchichis are still coming, but we officially lost the rest of the crew...something about movie, TV, tickets and stuff.  One person had to make their decision due to bad night vision so I will be canceling all the tickets you see in the picture that have a "TR" on them unless someone without a ticket wants to come or shows up at the theater.  I have up until a half hour before showtime to cancel the extra tickets.  So some kind of notification would be great.

Actually I can cancel in app.  It just has a 30 minute before show cutoff time.  After that, I would have to call in to cancel any unused tickets.

I texted everyone I could think of off the top of my head.  Since I already hit most of them up before I'm not super hopeful except for maybe 1 person.  I'm gonna keep getting ready and try to think of more people.

I have at least 1 person now, im a little confused about the logistics though, if say they get there at an odd time (or we get there at an odd time) trying to figure out how we "give" them the tickets if we don't manage to actually meet up with them before it starts.

Well, the way I see it is all of the tickets are currently paid for.  I have a scan that I need to present to get the tickets I have (not sure if it's the same for you) I just don't know if I am supposed to receive tangible tickets at the theater to hand out.  Also, my family knows that I cannot stand to miss anything when it comes to the movies...that includes the preview, so I know I'll be there sometime before the movie starts.  If the ones needing tickets are there, we can handle it then, but I wonder if there is like a Will Call situation for reserved seating.  That would make things easier.
