Hmm, $200.00 round trip, $200.00 tickets, $179.00 for 1 night stay, at least $100.00 for food, $50.00 for drinks = $729.00 minimum just to see Diary of Dreams.

It's not just the money (but it totally is the money) but also the time and the stress.   This House Spiral thing sucks down most of my free time and the little I have left I'd prefer to spend learning things or spending time 1 on 1 or in small groups doing something.  (Game of Thrones Card Game! wink!!)  Even just hitting up a club is a bit rough for me but that would be step 1 for me.    That is hard on my PTSD  an actual convention would be harder.  Damn health BS. 

 

I love the idea but strangely I have less free time now than I did when I was working.   Probably because it takes me 14 hours to get 5 hours of sleep.
