What Are You Thinking? (cont'd)

Busy morning already.  Recycling bins pulled to the curb, trash picked up out of the yards, breakfast fixin's dropped off at the HomeHouse, retrieved and processed mail, dishes washed and setup pet supplies.

Isn't that a more "What have you been doing" than a "what are you think?"?

I'm thinking how shallow and over sensitive people have become 🦊

I was thinking how I had had a busy morning already.  Then I mentioned why I thought that, just in case anyone was interested in what I had done.

In all my years on this forum, I don't think I've ever checked to see if someone may have started a thread entitled:

"What have you been doing"

I will definitely have to check.

What happened? Have you seen a doctor? 🦊

I didn't think about how my post came across to people who don't know me in person. 🤣

Yes, I have seen the doctor a couple of times for cranial impacts.  Fortunately, no fractures.  However, the major time I hit my head was on a sawed off furnace pipe which left an impression in the soft tissue between the epidermis and skull.  Although the skin did not break, the layers underneath took quite a while to heal.  This happened in 2013.  I still have to be careful how I manipulate the skin in the area surrounding the actual impact zone.  It's like the capillaries tear easily there, thus causing brief bouts of dizzy spells.

2 seconds of carelessness, a lifetime of issues

I'm going to see a surgeon Tuesday about my fat. I know I have to quit smoking if I want to have this done. I really want to quit, I really want to be a healthy weight again too. I keep losing and gaining 50 lbs and I was already bigger so I technically need to lose like 80 to be the right BMI. My mom and sister are tripping about the surgery thing but my thyroid won't stabilize and it's getting worse. I just don't want to have a big surgery like this if I am not addressing my behavioral issues related to my health first. I just hate myself right now because I look like this. I'm embarrassed. This isn't my biggest. I was on diet pills and doing keto managed to get off like 35. Actually,  it was close to 50 but now I'm not on diet pills so I gained some back. I been trying to get back on keto but it's been crazy. I'm so hungry and crave sweets worse on the diet!

The neighbors invited me out to party again tonight but I'm all partied out lol. My nephews 21st bday party was yesterday and my sister had me and our friend over there for two days preparing for it. By the time the party started we was exhausted lol. It was fun though,  she got him a party bus and her friend got him a stripper! Lol

Yea he took all his little cousins on the bus first so they could enjoy it. They know all the words to all these songs. You had like 20 kids on a party bus singing that song about Cardi Bs vaginal infection or as she calls it, WAP.

Anyway,  the older ones went on the bus and the stripper came afterwards. No kids were on it than lol.

I get really nervous when I hear that someone is doing Bariatric Surgery.  Yes, if you do not address certain behaviors, the surgery could do more harm than good.

Just make sure your doctor is certified to do that kind of surgery and that you are not in their first 10 bariatric patients.  Their first surgeries should be done working under an experienced physician before they practice on their own.  More experience is better.

I remember a while back mentioning to her about using the patch.  I don't quite remember how that went.

I think it did seem to be the most effective way when I was trying. I need to try harder. I have some still too.  Congrats Moe on quitting!
