I had to practically rebuild the entire lawnmower (still cheaper than buying a new one).  I'll be testing it as soon as I get back in from a couple of errands.  Here's to hoping it runs...

:X🤞

The lawnmower worked like new...all the way up until I hit a mini boulder hidden in the sidelot.  Destroyed my blade and stripped the adaptor.  Fortunately, I can muscle it tight enough to continue cutting.  However, I'm ordering a couple more...one as an immediate replacement and about 2 for just incase.

This is sad.  I'm so used to my neighbor booming music that, in my half-sleep state, I couldn't tell that I'm actually listening to thunder right now...not what passes as his "music".

:hrhr:

I'm not sure if I find this interesting or comforting in the sense of knowing that all of this will come to pass.

Everything we accumulate doesn't really matter.

After a certain age, society stagnates ones existence.

Dreams are gifted to the young.

And yet, nothing truly matters.

I understand that I can't change people's personal opinion of me, but I just can't seem to figure out where their opinions are coming from.

I am not an only child, I have never been an only child, and I am not spoiled because I "must be an only child".

What the heck kind of vibes am I giving off?!?

Apparently the vibe of being 'spoiled' and being 'an only child'. Both of which I know you're not. Maybe it's all the hard work and MacGyvering you do.

Who schedules surgery in the late afternoon? That means I can't eat or drink til after it's over like 4 pm or something. I'm drinking my coffee I don't gaf and I have to have a covid test two days before the damn surgery so I am allowed to be there..you don't need a flu test or a HIV test to have surgery though? Wtf.

It feels weird to say I have a 25 year old daughter. Dude, time is flying by. Wow,

and my youngest brother and his wife are having their first baby in April.

Been feeling that lately.

Girl Monchichi is 20 in December and in her second year of University life and Boy Monchichi is 16 and taller than me now.

😅
