I asked my daughter what she wanted for Xmas and she said gift cards are good..I take it it's her sweet way of saying,  "ma, you suck at buying gifts" 🤣

It's true though. 🤷‍♀️

That's why I secretly ask people what they want during the first part of the year.  Then I don't mention anything else about stuff so they will forget what they said.  Then it's a surprise at Christmas. :wink

You ever walk into Meijer, look around and turn around and walk right back out? Everytime I come to this Meijer something is up, last time someone's fake ass support German Sheppard lunged and me and started flipping out like I had some cocaine up my ass or something.  I even questioned myself 🤣🤷‍♀️

I'll stop.

I'm going to do some research on fibroids and ovarian cysts.  I have got to know more about this stuff.

Not enough taking is done on the subject because it doesn't affect men...else there would be a podcast, infomercial, documentary, website support, call help center, 5K Annual Walk, Fight for a Cure campaign, etc....

😏

So I just got my actual radiology report online and now I have developed fibroids in addition to a 4cm cyst, double it's original size! I am really thinking this needs to be removed.  The whole reason I got this thing was to fix the problems that I was having. It can't be a coincidence that I got the mirena and didn't have a fibroid but now I do. Smh. I knew I shouldn't have let the doctor convince me to try this. I should have stuck up for myself and had the ablation like I wanted.  Now I'm going to end up having surgery again.

10 pounds is nothing to overlook.  That is a big accomplishment.

I have PCOS (and all related issues). So yeah, ovarian cysts.

And yeah, it is a big thing. I dropped near 50 pounds in just over a year with BC and no change in diet. I may make the attempt to diet change to help with the insulin resistance.

No, another brand I can't remember. i started seeing an endo because my ob/gyn wasn't liking the (still) high testosterone after a year. Currently on a pill for insulin resistance and proscribed (not taking) a pill to help with the weight loss. That pill has side effects I'm not comfortable with (dizziness) when I drive and work in a bar kitchen around machines/knives and could lose a finger.

Yea I am prescribed metformin for PCOS and I used to get terrible side effects. Dizziness,  low blood sugar,  etc. I also see an endo for thyroid and my metformin.

I'm fine with the metformin (diarrhea at the beginning) but other than that I think I'm good. Maybe sugar cravings I need to ignore.

Ok, I have my bucket prepared with cleaning solution, my alcohol spritzing bottle ready, working on my second cup of coffee, already changed into my "cleaning shirt", rugs picked up off the floor,  hair in ponytail but now I need to actually get up and do it. Grr. Ohh, music! That'll help. I really need a step stoll to get up and get the top of my blinds. They are absolutely disgusting 😤

Maybe I should take em down and put em in the shower?

I already knocked over a Xmas bulb and it shattered but it was the Detroit Lions and they're already broken anyway so.

(  My neighbor gave it to me though😪)

Is everything ok?  Hopefully they didn't mess it up.  Did they get anything?

Yea they didn't get anything, just ransacked.  I haven't seen my neighbor yet but I don't think they got anything from hers. They have cameras here but apparently they were not on. What's the point of having em though?

Hoping that I have enough money this check to have enough to get things for my sister's present (me and a friend are going half on getting her things for a switch) and start a gym membership and attempting a keto diet thing from a website.

Are you going to do keto? I have been doing it. I can help you.  If you are interested,  we can help each other.  I go to PF in Southgate,  I also try to just dance around the house for cardio but if you ever want to ever go as my guest I'd love to bring you. I do the rowing machine and some strength training or the 30 minute circuit, it's a really good one to get you sweating.

I do plan on doing PF (there's a few in my area of Inkster). And I found a site that does a keto diet plan based on your selections. If anything, I can do gym first then keto since it's all money and I have none.

Yea that's the one thing I had is how expensive it is to eat that way. I always try and make sure to keep eggs because they're so cheap and I find alot of keto friendly stuff at aldi which is significantly cheaper than anywhere else.

I have no/little issue with finding the food. It's trying to have time in my day/week to prep/cook the food due to working in Ann Arbor in a bar kitchen on campus. I am hoping now that the football season is done and we're going into the slow part of the year, I have time to prep/cook food.

You two are in such a positive mindset with this.  Is there anything I can do, or gift you, to help out?

I'm trying to be positive with it since I've tried and failed many times in the past.

3 months: $11

6 months: $7.66

12 months: $5.50
