I know a few things that might stop that.

Thanks for the offer.

I have fallen arches that affect my entire leg so when my feet and/or hips get the least little bit chilled, I suffer spams.  However, warming up and pushing pressure points does the trick.  I was just caught off guard last night when I did the security checks.  It was 9 degrees with a real feel of -9.  I didn't discover that until I got back in.  Heading out felt OK, but 1 minute in, felt like someone had set my hands on fire and it went downhill from there.

I'm much better now...😊

Do you know how your arches have fallen?  (In other words, is it muscular or structural/bone?)  If it's the former, you can improve it quickly and pretty easily.

Fortunately for me, it is a muscular situation.  And thanks to my mother keeping the doctors from operating on me when I was 11, I have no long term effects.  I used to do cross country and marching band for years during school which kept my feet active.  After graduation, working in the skilled trades and lot maintenance keeps me active during the warmer months.  However, every year when we reach the homestretch coming out of winter and into the warmer climates, my body starts to succumb to the colder temperatures earlier and earlier...and I know that also comes with age. 😏
