Pondering the meaning of ruminating and why memories are mostly negative 🦊

~~~~~
No Way!  I was just pondering that very same thing yesterday morning.
I was wondering why I only seemed to remember the bad or most embarrassing things.
Then I wondered why not remember the good or fun memories.  It wasn't like anyone else was going to know what I was mulling over in my own head or judge me for it.
And I found that most times people only remember what they themselves contributed to a situation and my actions were but a blip in their memory.
Hmm....yeah....I tend to overthink a lot of stuff...
I went to Taco Bell. Had 1 Burrito Supreme got on scale, 8 lbs heavier. 8 lbs! It was one burrito 😪
I'm almost positive you would have had something to drink.
A general rule of thumb when scale hopping is to note the weight of the food and drink you consume.
Most times, the food has a high liquid content.  Your body will burn through the fluids in the food and drink when you sweat.  The product waste that has no nutritional value for your body is excreted when you make a "bathroom" run.
Note:
8 ounces of liquid = 0.5 lb (approximate value)
16 ounces of liquid = 1 lb (approximate value)
Just because you eat something does not automatically mean you "gained weight".
That is only "food consumption weight" before your body converts it into energy and waste.
