It's a real shame we don't have a thread for cats. So, let me start.


This is Edgar! He's about three years old. I adopted him in April. He's the absolute sweetest and does this little thing where he says "mwer" in his inside voice instead of meowing.

I wish I could say I named after Edgar Allen Poe, but he came with it from Harbor Humane. Well I suppose I could still tell people that, it would just be a lie XD

What a distinguished looking tuxedo cat! I don't think I've seen one with long hair in a while. And the guy on the right looks downright angry at him XD

Ashton ? That’s his smile. Buddy sometimes chases Ashton like a bully, and sometimes Vice versa.

Aww. Sometimes I want to get a second cat so Ed can have someone to chase around but I don't want to take on the second responsibility at the moment. He seems pretty happy being a single cat though. Not every cat is.

 

Ashton and Buddy seem like they have a friendly rivalry if they're playing like that

Oh are they actually siblings or do you call them that because they're adopted? I'd believe they're siblings, I've seen littermates look very different

I used to have three. Iggy, my 20 year old, passed away a year ago this past weekend. I love these cats. The personalities are amazing!

Here's my other cat, Shiva. Love's people, hates Ash, but I catch these two cuddling sometimes.

I don't think I've shown the new cat yet. I need to get more pictures of her alone, but Lenore is the little one with the narrower face. I was told she was a year old, but she was under 6 pounds so I definitely think she is younger than that. She gets along with Edgar very well.
