breakfast was veggie and egg white scramble.

snack is is a salad and some fruit juice

lunch is a turkey sandwich and some cherries

Dinner is a veggie burger patty and brown rice.

exciting eh? this has been my style of eating (except for my breif cheating at Al's placec with some good ass red meat and Brass' cornbread) for the last two weeks as Lola and I are workign on shedding some poundage togethor. Plus Im working out now at least once a day if not mornign and evening wchich consists of my bowfled or the treadmill or our bikes or just walking. Its alot easier when you double up with someone...

which isn't very special until you consider that i was wandering around the kitchen just really hungry and i happened to be singing that pretty ballroom song from the labyrinth, and i figgered, "eh, peach, what the hell" and didn't think anything more about it till i bit into the thing.

you guys know the scene, right? the chick is transported to a freakydeaky masquerade party where david bowie tries to seduce her by singing a supersexie song: transported, that is, via an enchanted PEACH.

it's my favorite scene from one of my favorite movies needless to say
