Mashed Potatoes, stir fried Spam, Carrots and Corn accompanied with Saltine Crackers

 

I had to make the mashed potatoes again because I've never made instant potatoes before and I messed them up the first time (small lumps).  This time I made them exactly the way I wanted them to be (creamy and lump free).
