Chinese Steamed Pork Buns are usually eaten for Dim Sum - sort of like tea-time for Europeans. You can get them during Dim Sum at certain Chinese restaurants, fresh or frozen at Asian grocery stores. They are essentially a meatball surrounded by a soft wheat-flour dough. They are then either baked or steamed to cook them. Some of the other fillings are: chicken, mushroom, bean-paste, BBQ pork and vegetable.
