Seared yellowfin tuna steak with wild mushrooms, cippolini, and marsala glaze-- from my dinner I had earlier at Volare Ristorante. Also on my plate is some Pecorino Romano (17 months aged) with olive bread, spread with fig and balsamic jelly.. Good shit, mon.

Some casserole I threw together with leftover roast chicken and its broth, egg noodles, some frozen veggies, some leftover Tuscan Brinata cheese, and Béchamel sauce-- topped with Italian bread crumbs and baked. Not bad for leftovers.

So, I'm sick with a fever, and my taste buds are off, but that didn't stop me from ordering some Corttage Inn pizza. I should add it to the restaurant thread. Who else has roasted red peppers and artichokes as toppings? Well, there are probably a few places, but still...
