you and me both!

Now that I had a cheez its attack though,  it's Dt Mt Dew for me.  I'm so damn tired.  I can clear a 2 liter bottle in one shift.  Now everyone do the math with me

Mt Dew-the highest calorie cola at 170 calories/serving x a 2 liter bottle=

one eternal fatass!

I lost 180lbs a few years back. I got a divorce.

:laughing

After I slpit up with my daughters mom I had had enough of people calling me fat, and other not so friendly things referring to my weight. Within 4 months I went from a 37 inch waist to a 29 inch waist. I am proud that I could do that without anyone's help. :grin

I lost about 55 lbs.

I confess I do have a diet pop from time to time but it seems I always end up asking myself why am I drinking this crap!I hope a more taste bud friendly version of diet mt.dew is in the works! =)

I guess for Uncle diet dew was the only one he could tollerate, for me i have been drinking the stuff since i was 16 so i am rather used to it. Also i notice if you buy the 20 ounce bottles from the local gas station party store, it sometimes tatse funny. I think because some places do not sell it fast enough it gets kinda old and this yellow powder stuff settles tothe bottom, kinda gross, i allways look atthe bottoms befor i buy em. I find the freshest ones at speedway (they allways sell out ) or the grocery store.

diet dew dont have any calories, fat or carbohydrates and contains 25 mg of sodium. It's stats look pretty good.

And i can verify it wont make you gain weight either i drink 2 2liters a day and pretty much have for the last 8 years and i have stayed right around the same wieght and any that i have gained i can pretty much pin point the reasons why, and its not the pop. Now it might make ya retain water from the sodium but a few days of drinking the pure clean stuff and that goes away.

Yeah but didnt you gain it all back in 2002??

OK I'm curious of your frame definitely. I was a size 38 and I felt fat and was overweight but not to the point evryone was coming up to me over it.

I lost about the weight you did (50-60 lbs) and am now around a 33.

Let me tell you something, it has gotten so much harder to find clothes!

I dont think we're that fat as a country, but we're sure not slim. If I was the kind to buy $180 jeans, I'd be fine, but I'll tell you my haunts (don't laugh, Im not rich and I look good preppy) are KOhl's and Marshalls, and I came to a realization that the average guy does not look like me anymore.

And forget about finding a suit. As tall as I am they dont make my length in mass (unless again you want to pay hundreds for something you wear once a week or so-not me.)

Bottom line: your old weight was probably the norm- as fat as you think that was.

I always wondered if there was a community of people who cant drink coffee but so weight obsessed, they'd drink this piss water with me. I'm HOME! I'm HOME!
