They really screwed up at St Josephs. The two surgeons who missed my Grandaughters ruptured appendix are no where to be found.....

The 4 who operated cannot decide what to do next.....one wants her to go home (as do we) two others want to open her up again...she is getting sick again....they think they 'missed something?'

One other one wants to put some wierd thing up her arm and down into her heart and send her home like that....

Maybe we should smuggle her out and take her to Boumont....

HAve her transfered to CHILDRENS in Detriot ASAP................................

I am sorry but dealing with a sick child for many years The best place for them to getthe right care is CHILDRENS HOSPITAL IN DETROIT

My daughter had a stroke and other DR. and Hospitals wanted to do a spinal tap and a bunch of other shit that was not needed cause the ycould not figure it out, well i was at childrens hospital for an hour and the Dr. came in and told me we are dealing wit ha tumor or a stroke we will do cat scans and MRI's to determine wich it is and with in a short time i/they knew it was stroke.

My point PEOPLE WHO DO NOT DEAL WITH CHILDREN EVERY DAY ARE IN A SENSE STUPID WHNE IT COMES TO THERE ILLNESSES. Take your baby to where they deal with children on a regular basis so the retarded medical practises being done to her stops.

If detriot is to far take her to Mott in lansing or AA (i forgot where it was) they too have seen my daughter and mirrored the exact same treatment she got at childrens.

Honestly if i had left my daughter at one of those other hospitals she ouwl probally be dead. If you are not happy with her treatment she does not have to stay and you can have them transfer her, you have more rights to your/her care then you think you do. They can not keepher or do anything about you taking her to another place. I took my daughter right out of bi county and ya know what they even called an ambulance for us too to take us to Childrens.

HOney, hoestly even if she had to rego through tests i would do it just to know she was gettin everything she needed. And who said they would be doign the same tests any how St john or Childrens???????? Cause well they kinda have a way of knowing signs and symptoms a bit better and wel they can not tell what they will or will not do untill they actually take a look at the child. Also kids can handle allot more then you think, i sat an watched my daughter get poked every four hours on the hour for over a month, get an angiogram (mapping of the blood vessles, they stick a camera in her main atery in the legg and just follow the vessles and veins), phsyical therapy etc..... it hurts to watch but seriously i would rather watch her go through it all again just to have her safe and sound at home right now.

You and your are in my thoughts and if ya need agood yeller to get things in action let me know cause i have no problem going off on Doctors and other medical staff. None what so ever espcially when it comes to a child.

I can't see why they can not get copies of the medical records rather than redoing things.

Definitely a children's hospital would be a better place to have her treated or at least checked out if you can possibly get her there.
