Jarodaka
I love food with garlic. When the recipe reads "4 cloves" I'll put in 8. Some recipes read "garlic powder", but I say screw that! I crush up some fresh garlic and add a little salt and pepper for a much better effect! Not only does garlic made food super-tasty, there are many health benefits. Brenda Starrr
I can't get enough of it. I use it in my meatloaf, my pastas, etc. And I adore garlic bread!!!!
Jarodaka
Garlic bread is the ultimate bastardization -- yet oh so tasty form -- of garlic. Random garlic tidbit: rubbing your hands on stainless steel gets rid of that garlic smell (or at least greatly reduces it).
Guest MsMaldoror
There's a great restaurant in San Francisco called the Stinking Rose. Almost everything on the menu has TONS of garlic in it, but there are a few "vampire friendly" options.

Needless to say I reeked *poor passengers.* mmm, I love garlic and used to have a heavy hand with it while cooking. I have learned some moderation and now my dished are much more rounded. *except for hummus...and garlic-beer-cheddar soup*

SomeDanGuy
I don't do much cooking, so I can't really claim to be a garlic lover. I will, however, back up the health claims. That site linked above isn't exactly from a reputable institution, but I will tell you that they are correct in saying that garlic is good for health - especially cholesterol.
