There's a great restaurant in San Francisco called the Stinking Rose. Almost everything on the menu has TONS of garlic in it, but there are a few "vampire friendly" options. :wink

Oh, I love the Stinking Rose...I ate some 40 clove garlic chicken there, and then flew out two days later. Needless to say I reeked *poor passengers.*

mmm, I love garlic and used to have a heavy hand with it while cooking. I have learned some moderation and now my dished are much more rounded. *except for hummus...and garlic-beer-cheddar soup*

I don't do much cooking, so I can't really claim to be a garlic lover. I will, however, back up the health claims. That site linked above isn't exactly from a reputable institution, but I will tell you that they are correct in saying that garlic is good for health - especially cholesterol.
