Gee, look what I started by stating I wasn't Goth. Please understand I wasn't trying to label anyone. It's just that I know someone who claims to be goth and calls everyone else a poser. Didn't want people to think that. I was just clarifying that I wasn't here as a dweeb or just to be a pain to people. My interest is genuine and I want to meet new people in a new setting. I'm just looking for a new circle of friends who will understand when I am down or up, not worry whether I am wearing black or blue or whatever. A group who will accept me for what I am, a mixed up 47y/o guy looking to keep life fun and interesting and be accepted because I can be fun to be around. I'm always worried my age will come up and will get questioned as to why someone my age is hanging around a group younger than me. Partly because most people my age are not fun. I don't sit in front of the tv watching sports all the time, I couldn't even tell you who plays on the Tigers or Lions or any other team except the names always in the news. I'd rather go out and live life with whoever is willing to let me join in no matter if they are 18 or 68. I just wanna have fun, something that has been seriously lacking for me, especially over the last 5 years.
