not since the accident. i used to be the only one running at the end of 30K over mountains carrying 2 other peoples bergans (they weighed me down to keep up, i was planning to join the army as an officer at this time and was fit enough to do so)

i enjoyed it.

thinking of starting back now my leg has strengthned enough for me to run again, so i can at least tackle rocky welsh mountains if i'm slow enough. get back into shape, and build up my stamina (4 years of the hills is long enough)

whats your local terain like?
