well I started with my usual enormous cup of cawfee, along with a glass of oj.

Then, after once again kickin the crap out myself at the gym, I drank the first of two cans of sports-nutrition protein drinks, followed by a glass of green tea with my lunch. This afternoon, I will drink the other can of sports-nutrition protein drink, and probably have a bottle of water or two over the course of the afternoon, and with my dinner, another enormous cup of cawfee. Energy and hydration galore.
