Heh - thank be for learning *for the most part* from past experiences.

Years ago *but not long enough* I dated a guy similar to the one E.Eve described...loved me after 2 weeks, glommed onto my family, wanted to move in etc. I put up with him for awhile and he got more and more controling...One instance he had a fit because I wouldn't let him dress me. But did I leave? No. He could be very, very charming and persuasive - make you feel like the most gorgeous woman on the planet blah-blah-blah etc.

He had this beautiful apartment in downtown Ann Arbor that must have cost $1600 a month or so in rent - but he only had a part-time job. He partied/did drugs a little but but nothing to indicate how he paid his bills etc.

To make a looong story short, I found out he was a bona-fide jiggalo...*LOL in hindsight* He would meet fat, loney women on the internet and fly out of town and fuck them/pull his manipulative BS and they would send him $$$$ - lots of $$$$.

He was a real bastard and incredible intolerant of anyone who had any weight on them at all (another red flag: he would say really cruel/mean comments when we were out together about other people..classy eh?)...and the whole time he was secretly searching out heavier women to use them. Needless to say, after discovery he got dumped pretty fast. I shiver with horror that I even let my family be in the same room with this scumbag (they only met him a few times but still....*eek!!*
