Wax on wax off

If the candle was dyed in any way, the fabric will be dyed almost permanently.

You will not get red wax totally out of bluejeans. And if you do, you'll still have an oil-like stain left behind.

Good luck. I too have suffered the pain of losing an article of clothing to wax, though mine involved pagan rituals, not, um, other things. :whistling :whistling

Make wax melted somehow, get it warm enough to melt the wax and not your jeans, and absorb it with a brown paper bag.

I got red wax on my carpet and did this, I used an iron, and then absorbed it with the bag. There is no stain anymore.

Oh, and if there is a oily residue, try using dish detergent. Palmolive or whatever.

Shampoo will likely work for this as well.

Do not use dishwasher detergent though, liquid or powder as it often contains bleach or bleachlike chemicals. Believe me!!
