soothsayer
So I made a new friend through myspace and I thought, she's cool. Seems to have the same taste in music, similar interests in general. We would say hello from time to time, exchange messages and joke around and beyond that, I didn't give much more thought. Until yesterday, she wanted to chat with me and since we both use yahoo I said sure. After a few minutes of chatting we started talking about where we grew up and so on. As it turns out, we grew up a few cities apart and at one point may have even lived in the same neighborhood at the same time. We also attended the same grade school, had the same 6th grade teacher, though a year or two apart, but still it's freaky. I know there those of you that will say this happens alot but come on, it's mind blowing. I'm still blown away by it all.
Homicidalheathen
I have a similar incredible story. I moved to AZ for a long time when younger. Well I met this guy at work where I danced....he liked me because I danced to metal all the time. His favoret bands....we found out we liked all the same things and started hanging out....well we rarely got out of the bedroom but when we did that part of our lives was a blast too.... So one night we are talking and I find out he grew up in Clarkston MI and went to Clarkston High.....I grew up in Lake Orion and went to Lake Orion high....our teams fought each other and his best freind was in my high school with me! He even knew some of my freinds. I almost married him and tried looking him up when I came back because I heard he had moved back too.....I still wonder about him..... Good luck and if she is the one don't let her get away.

Ginevra
I used to talk to people on IRC all the time. There was one guy I used to talk to a lot. Nothing big to the "relationship", just two people who would chat when they caught each other online. Turns out he was a cousin that I'd never met that lived in Columbus, Ohio. At that time, I was living in Minneapolis.
