Urine at CityClub

Recommended Posts

Again, liking/not liking piss is a learned behavior and it's entirely my opinion, but I have an averision to urine. Sorry if that's offensive to any of you.

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

Agreed.

Of course, I don't care how long I've smelled it, the smell of sour piss will always enrage me. Cat-piss is worse for me, but when I noticed that the cats had been pissing on the laundry pile in the bedroom at the old apartment (I rarely slept there), Scott couldn't even smell it unless he brought something up close to his face.

Some people get used to smelling piss and can't smell it anymore and others will always be hypersensitive to its stench. This is a fact. Just because some (notably REGULAR) patrons "can't smell it" doesn't mean the odour source doesn't exist. Dip some blue litmus paper through those puddles -- the redder it gets, the stronger the concentration of piss.

Oh, I didn't mean to place any bad connotations on urine, thereby "bad mouthing" the wonderful Leland piss-a-ria. I personally may not find much to like about pee, but those views are only mine, and I realize that and readily admit it. Some people don't mind sloshing about in a litte whiz, and frankly, that's their buisness. I am different, however-I can discount City Club's rich, quarter century, history of warm, sticky, pungent uria and prefer instead good hygeine and sanitation. Although, I know it's obvious, I have low standards.

Let me point out that Brenda appeared to use restrooms, instead of floors, when last she visited and has expressed to me in the past, that she is not into pee.

Also, I read Holliwood66's story about their also being cum on Leland's floors, flung from cock-laden hands, and want to reassert to everyone that there is NO soap or paper towels in the men's bathroom at City Club. Careful meeting people or letting them buy you drinks.

I did indeed use the ladies room, which was actually clean in appearance and had TP. And no, I do not dig pee at all.

LMAO@Rozzlyn

And to think I hobbled out of there with only one shoe on. I'm surprised that I still have a foot.....

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

OK, I have now heard from several reliable witnesses who have seen pee and cum hit the floor at CityClub.

Tonight I'm cleaning my carpets and pulling out every single boot and shoe I've ever worn to City and scrubbing them with bleach.

What the hell is wrong with me? I'm actually wanting to go back there again.

Maybe I'll bring extra shoes and put my contaminated boots in a biohazard container before I get back in the car.

:erm :fear

O.k. I've heard you a half dozen times now say how YOU "don't like" piss/urine/etc but "it's o.k. if other's do".

Um, how about a happy medium? That maybe you've been unlucky enough to experience it, but it appears that luck has been better for, seemingly, the majority of others? That it's not a matter of our LIKING piss mixed in with our club experience - but that we have not had the misfortune to ENCOUNTER it.

And even with 14 cats, I CAN tell when there is piss about, thanks very much. Human, feline, etc. I absolutely GAG when I'm around the stench of other's piss. And can always tell when someone whose yard sale I'm at keeps their cats outdoors. Gads, the STENCH of a yard that has been turned into a litterbox.

Oh, chances are you've encountered it, you just didn't know about it. Now you do.

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

You make it sound like CC is one, big, wall-to-wall golden shower.

You caught one person pissing inappropriately. Others have encountered single people doing like acts. The men's room is putrid (surprise there... hardly).

This doesn't make the entire freaking place a big urinal we're all sloshing about in. Sounds like a few isolated incidents to me.

I seriously doubt anyone caught by employees doing any of this won't be banned for life.

I have never sat in urine there. I have never had it splashed on me. I don't recall having ever stepped in anything wet on the dancefloor besides some fool's spilled beer. And as for the residue of anything I HAVE stepped in - I am in no, way, shape or form a boot-licker. So I feel fine.

I said it was fine if people didn't mind it, it's just that I don't like it.

Even though I have only encountered a single person pissing, and not an entire group of pissers, it was just the fact that it was still there the next day. And compound that with the state of the so obviously neglected restrooms, and well, what do you have? You have years of tacky bodily fluid, by now dried to a sticky resin form, that gets all over your boots and you drag it into your car and homes. It's gross enough without the bodily fluids, just that they don't clean the place. And don't forget about the no soap or paper towels, in the men's restroom. So, yeah, i'm not into that, there are other places who also, have better bars and music, not to mention ventilation. I don't care if Jesus Christ hung out there, 20 years ago, I'm just not into it.

And I don't see how someone can simply discredit my story, thereby inferring that I'm not being truthfull and it's not alright for me to counter by suggesting, because I've seen it, that perhaps piss is fine with some people. And in deed, piss is quite alright, with so many of you.

I'm saying there is piss there, are you saying I'm lying or simply saying "so what"? It's no secret the place is filthy.

I'm not saying your lying. Matter of fact, what you're saying doesn't surprise me in the least.

I'm saying that you're exaggerating your personal experience to encompass the entire club. "One person pissed in the corner and it wasn't cleaned by the next day - so the whole club is one big cesspool".

Even with others chiming in their own experiences, that doesn't make the entire club a urinal/jizzjar.

I am somewhat offended that you are inferring that those of us who haven't had your same experience and therefore choose to still go to CC and enjoy ourselves somehow LIKE this sort of thing. I'm not lying in saying I haven't encountered it any more than I think you're lying saying you have.

Neither is it a "so what" for me. Just that I haven't experienced it. If I had, I might feel differently. But I've been going there 15 years, and I have not experienced it - period.

No, I don't advocate such things. Nor would I go out of my way to expose myself to it directly & enthusiastically. I just haven't had the misfortune of experiencing it, so I'm not going to let someone else's unfortunate experiences affect me.

There's a middleground here I think you're missing. You keep saying you don't like it, but it's o.k. if someone else DOES. Maybe someone else DOES like that sort of thing. But I think a good percentage of us just haven't had to deal with it so we're not letting it affect us. I will concede we might feel differently if we DID have your direct experience.

It's fine if your stance is it DOES affect you and thus you choose to remove yourself from it. But I just don't like the way you're colouring those of us who don't have the same stance as "liking" it. That's all.

And you say it's just the fact that it was still there the next day. Did you say something to an employee about it? I would have. More than likely when I first saw it happen, actually. Like I said, I'm sure the management would be very, very happy to ban such people - 'cause I'm sure they don't want to have to deal with it, either.

I don't care if people like City Club so much, that they are willing to overlook the disgusting atmosphere, to go there. Nor do I care if some people would rather simply consider that what I am saying is false. I do care, however when people imply that I'm not entitled to say what I have said. Oh, but just barely.

Anyway, I've even said from the begining, that I'm not here to judge. It's a bit too much for me, however. I'd want to know about it if one of you had experienced it (and i'm sure there's a few of you who appreciate my sharing this all with you).

What happened?

The ladies room had really improved over the years, all the stalls have doors and there is t.p.....  Walking past the men's bathroom, though, I have noticed a funk (learn to aim, bitches!  :laughing ).  There has been a few times where I have seen people pee/vomit in the corners of the dance floor area...nasty!

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

Many can't aim when they are drunk. About all they are able to do is unzip the zipper, painfully unstock the wood (or turtle out of its shell in most cases) and let it hang and wherever the piss falls, it goes haha.

Indeed I know it is Shitty Club. Last saturday that I went, I saw a chic early in the night do a hand stand on the floor 2 or 3 times in the corner by the stage. I told a friend that was next to me that I couldn't believe she did that on this dancefloor. Now that a likely bird flu is coming around, I can tell who will get it and who won't lol.

Comparing cat pee and human is a little like comparing apples and oranges. Cat pee has WAY more ammonia concentration than human and thus smells WAY worse.

Suck it up wussies! My company is sending me to the Gulf region to assess damage to historical structures. I'll be ankle to knee deep in very volatile bio/enviro hazards... So, Remember to clean your shoes before wearing them around your homes after any night at city club.

Somewhat lame attempt to head-off those who think that, because I have 14 cats, I am immune to smelling ANYTHING.

Wish my sniffer DIDN'T work as well as it does. There aren't many odors out there I can get past. Gagging is almost a daily problem for me when I'm out and about and exposed to odors.

But I think the cigarette smoke at CC bothers me worse than anything.

    • I am currently floored.   FedEx did a massive 6 box delivery to the wrong address.  I had an autoship order scheduled to arrive before this past weekend.  Nothing showed up.  I contacted the order site and they had a link for the order...a photo of all my boxes thrown in the snow and up the sidewalk of a residence that was not mine.   You would think that at some point, the driver would have looked at the delivery address after they kept throwing box upon box at this location with no shelter from the elements.  They didn't even knock on the door to inform the residents that massive 65+ pound boxes were left all over their walkway.  Nope.  Just dumped them, took a photo as they were walking away and left.   I wonder what the person who found all of those misdelivered boxes must have been thinking when they saw them.  Maybe they kept everything to use, distribute or sell.  No idea.  No claim was filed on that end as of yet.   Fortunately for me, one of the sites that I ordered from, replaced everything at no extra cost.   Unfortunately, now I'm concerned for the other items yet to be delivered.   Needless to say, I'll be watching my notifications like a hawk.

    • ~~~~~ Yeah, thank you for the check-in.   Happy to say it was all a misunderstanding.  But she pulled out her "ghetto" and that's when things went South.  I get very professional minded when I enter into situations like that because when someone starts bring the court into conversations, I'm in court 2 times a year, every year, so don't go there with me because I will get legal all over you.   She did try to change what she thought she might have said, but I had to call her on it because it's all in written text.  Then she apologized and we were able to have a decent conversation.   I know I joke about me talking so much that people don't hear what I say except for keywords that they are looking for, but that is exactly what happened here.  She heard "payment", "money" and "help out".  It was crazy.  I literally had to have the entire conversation all over again, but I definitely condensed it to only address those 3 words.   Things are back on track, but I emphasized that if she every needed clarification for anything, please say something first instead of jumping to conclusions, then questioning that conclusion, then answering that conclusion, then getting upset at the answer and taking it out on someone who doesn't have a clue what the San Juan Hill just happened.   But this is exactly the reason I do everything with a paper trail.
