For some reason I can sit back and relax to some Apop and it gets my imagination going quite well. Especially the "Welcome to Earth" album. Same goes for VNV Nation. But what really allows me to visualize my problems/take me out of my head and examine my surroundings is a lot of different classic rock. I can relate to alot of it and it makes it easier to express myself.

Now if i want to party and just forget everything, then its time for thrash metal or hair metal. I can get lost in the music and just run with it. Case in point: Motley Crue. Yes, I love them oh so much.
