I know what you mean.................so far the results were worth it enough. I decided to get my legs done..I just have very light skin and very dark hair. They do have payment plans, though, which I needed to utilize...

I will let you know how it turns out. I wonder if anyone else on this board has had it done and the results? :)

Okay I just have to gloat..so far this laser hair removal thing is amazing...I had it done on the legs a month ago..and even though it will take four to five treatments for the hair follicles to be dead...I do see results already......in three weeks I have had to shave twice!! For me that is a MIRACLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and now I just have hair growing back in a few places....darn I think I want it on my entire body!

I looked into it last year. Still mulling it over. At $200 a treatment for one area, it's something to think about. I have a lot of areas that need treatment! *lol* Damn, being Italian sucks.

Anyway, they do say the darker your hair and the paler your skin, the better it works. I guess the way it works, the laser is absorbed more into the hair follicle the darker it is and the lighter your skin is. *shrugs*

I suppose that maybe after about $1000 if I either A) never had to remove hair again or B) had to have treatment redone once per year it WOULD be worth it. If not, forget it.

Let us know how things are for your legs after the 4th, 5th treatment and then 6 months later. I am really interested in hearing about half a year to one year later if the hair stays away.

I will definately keep everyone posted on how this laser hair removal thing goes wtih my legs. I have had 9 treatments on my face, and bikini area, and must admit they are very hair free. But there usually are a few stragglers that just remain. Hope I get the same results on my legs and will keep everyone informed.

A good site to look at is http://www.hairtell.com also..:)

I actually was in the PHR Centers commercial, having a unibrow issue fixed.

Treatment was quick, and I haven't had much of a 'brow problem anymore. Not that I was a werewolf before or anything....just a few errant hairs that I needed to get rid of.

I liked it, but I didn't have to pay...so, that could have something to do with it.
