After much fanfare and anticipation, Serenity opens tonight!

In all the verse I've been looking forward to this movie to finally debut and help catch up on everything that's been missed in its absence. If I am really lucky I'll be going tonight.

I hope everyone else who is a fan gets their chance.

having played chars based on the cast at some LRP events (even with a clipper called serenity) i can ensure that theres gonna be good turnout from my local RP group.

I have been counting the days. Can't see it till next weekend due to kids, work, etc but I can not wait. I still have two episodes on DVD to watch before I see it. Wheee!

Wow.

I was going to wait till my girls were away, but I saw that it was rated PG13 so I took them last night. Both of them thought it was awesome.

I really *really* enjoyed it also.

I desperately want to see it continued. It pissed me off so bad when they cancelled the show. I hope Joss is kissing some major studio ass He never seemed to want to do that though.

Maybe Serenity will make some $$$ and somebody in Hollywood will fund him.

I so agree, but the show never got a fair chance yet and I'm hoping at least it gets a chance to flesh out the characters and tell their stories more completely.

I'm really tempted to go see the movie again this week.
