Ok so my kids you know they be GOTH right? I mean, they look it totally heh wonder where they got that? :blink :fear

They have been sent home or made to put on a smock for wearing a not skimmpy black tank top when the ghetto and prep girls get away with wearing just about anything in their school.

So I go to pick them up the other day and this ghetto girl is headed home to the projects on the otherside of Gratiot from out of her school.

I almost took a picture on my cell but was afraid people would think I am a weirdo.

She was wearing a sweater and pj pants that did not match. Mind you, P.J.'s are not allowed.

Her 'pants' were all the way off her ass. Also, not allowed although no one said anything to this girl all day.

I mean, totally off her ass! She had on orange boxers underneath! I am not talking about half her ass sticking out or even just the top........her whole frickin ass.

It was hard for her to walk even but boy was she a trooper. She managed to stay in ghetto attire for the whole day like that.

I am so sick of the hinny sticking out thing. What message is she trying to send? Here I am boys, ready for my anal close up?

I remember in the late 80's when this 'rapper' look came in style. My step son wore his pants a little like this and some kid ran by once and pulled his pants down.......and his undies went with them.....heh heh....served him right too. He wore them a little higher and tighter after that. And it was in front of all the popular hotties......heh.

first off, that's some funny stuff with what happened to your step-son. secondly, that's some grade A horse shizzle (had to add to the ghetto effect) that your kids got sent home for wearing their clothes, or for even being told to put on a smock! what the hell is up with that?! out of sheer curiosity, which school do your kids go to?

my sister dress' in goth attire, but no one harrasses her about having to put on a smock, or being sent home from school. if they did, i'm pretty sure she would tell them to fuck off.

and all these kids that wear their clothes half, or completely, off their ass, makes me want to carry around some rope, and tie their pants up! i don't get it. then again, i'm not ghetto.

it might help going to the principal, and getting a straight answer from them as to why they keep picking on your kids. just a thought.

Not hat i would want to suggest anything for a particular school but *COUGH *COUGH back in the day A certian some one was invovled in a walk out over those damn saggy pants and not being able to wear sweat pants and a bunch of other dumb shit that school did that was not fair. Any how it was in the paper and i would be happy to report that we got to wear our sweat pants and those damn baggy pants got stapled to peoples underwear when they wore them to school. Tell yer kids to stick up for them selves gather the goths n do something about it. THe worst that will happen would be OMG they get sent home.

Ok more goth discrimination in Roseville.

We were at Halloween USA and this lady looks at my kids and says to her kid........Look! It isn't even halloween and they are dressed for it already!

Ok so maybe my kids do wear all black with skull tshirts but please........it is so obviously not a costume.......isn't it????

They got kinda mad but I told them hey you dress that way....be preparred to laugh it off when your shock tactics work too well.

The skirts on girls are a hold over from days when women wearing pants was unthinkable. I would think that mandatory uniforms where both sexes wore slacks would be best.

I wish it was like that back when I was in school... I went to learn, not so some slut could distract me and drive my raging hormones berserk by sitting next to me in a tank top and quick access skirt.

If I have to wear a uniform at work then so should the little basterds.

School is to prepare them for the job force so slap them in uniforms and stop giving them home work.

If the time they are in school is not long enough for them to learn then keep them there for 40 hours a week and every once in a wile pop them over time.

Hahaha.. I was telling a friend how I think every kid should be forced to work at least a month or 3 for 40hrs a week, pay bills, pay taxes, pay their own way.. when they turn 13 or something. Just so they'd appreciate their childhood a bit more, and give them an eye opener on the real world.

My kids currently work two P/T jobs but one is just seasonal. When they start wanting adult stuff it is time to pitch in yes. My step son started working at 15.

I went to middle school and high school in St. Clair Shores, which is right next to Roseville, and there was the exact same sort of shit going on when I was in school. The 4 goths in my school (I was one of the 4) got harassed and sent home all the time, while the "thug" and "preppy" kids got away with all sorts of stupid shit. In my opinion, there is something wrong with that whole area....all the pollution in the lake or something.

I hate visiting my mom and dad there(they still live in SCS) after it rains, the smell is putrid....and during fishfly season...nasty!!

I'm glad they only got at us for attractiveness, as in I was too pudgy in school to be in tank tops and short skirts. Hell, thinking back I'm glad I called home to change clothes. They wouldn't let the goth kids wear Manson shirts or anything gory, but all black was fine. I did start raising cain about religious symbols however.... whole 'nother story.
