I just the new Mike Patton (of Faith no More fame) movie, Firecracker, and lo and behold I saw the name of one of my best friends from high school flash across the screen. To top it off, he flew in from L.A. tonight for the Detroit premiere (since this is hometown). I had no idea he was going to be there, but ran into him in the lobby. So I shot the shit with him for a good half hour. This turned out to be the coolest night in a long time, even if I did come home early because I felt like shit.

Well its been about 10 years, so at first he didn't recognize me, but as soon as he knew who I was (this was my best friend in high school) it was like old times. How cool is that? Now I have a reason to go to L.A.
