This came to me via some local for sale/trade/free groups I'm on. If we didn't like downriver so much, we'd look into them ourselves.

I have a couple of apts that are available, one is empty and one is

going to be empty in downtown royal oak across from occ

They are studio apts aprox. 560 sqauare feet includes a pull down

murphy bed that is in the wall you provide your own mattress or you

use the one that is on there.

the price is $550.00 which includes gas and water has new carpeting

already.

the other one is either $550.00 or $500.00 depending on if you want

new carpeting or if you want it as is.

They are located on center street but you get to them off of

washington and 7th street.

No offense to those who do it and love it - we need you.

But I'm not sure I can think of a job I'd want to do LESS.

I'm just trying to spread some information around to people who might be able to use it. =) We'll be looking for a bigger place come the beginning of next year, and I'm really not looking forward to a search. Living in Royal Oak would be cool, but like I said, we're happy with downriver.

Brenda - that would be a great location for you guys if you were in a position to move and serious about wanting to live here in Michigan. Not sure if you made it to RO when you visited this past year, but it's a grand area.

I saw RO when I was there. Very nice place. They sound like lovely apartments. However, it looks like we're staying here in B-more for now.
